Al Sharpton Girlfriend [PHOTOS]: Reverend Dating Aisha McShaw, 35-year-old Stylist, After 24-year Marriage to Kathy Jordan, But Not Divorced! 'No Engagement, I Have Right to Date!'

Several gossip reports confirm that Reveran Al Sharpton is currently dating 35-year-old Aisha McShaw, a personal stylist from Westchester, NY. The 58-year-old Civil Rights activist and MSNBC broadcaster and his beautiful, young girlfriend have been spotted arm-in-arm at several recent black-tie events. This is Sharpton's first "public" relationship since his 2004 separation from Kathy Jordan - the couple was married for 24 years (in fact, Sharpton never officially filed for divorce...).

Sharpton escorted McShaw to the New York County Democratic Committee Award Ceremony on Monday evening (July 15). The New York Daily News reports that McShaw stated she was officially dating the PoliticsNation broadcaster, before Sharpton steered her away from reporters. He would not comment on how long the two have been together.

McShaw also attended the White House Correspondents Dinner in April and President Obama's holiday party in December as Sharpton's guest.

Sharpton later told top aide Rachel Noerdlinger he was surprised by the media's response to his new flame - "His exact words to me were, 'Rachel, I'm not announcing an engagement or a marriage... Don't I have a right to date when my marriage has been over for a decade?'"

According to McShaw's LinkedIn account, she works in financial services as a personal banker at Wells Fargo. She told reports that she considers herself a "personal stylist." She is registered to vote as an Independent in Mamaroneck.

Sharpton married estranged wife Kathy Jordan in 1980 - they separated under good terms in 2004. Technically, the two are still married. This is Sharpton's first "serious" relationship since then.
