According to a revealing interview with J.J. Abrams, the controversy over Michael Arndt departing as the scriptwriter for 2015's Star Wars Episode VII was simply a time concern. Arndt's departure last month lead to Abrams taking over with Lawrence Kasdan, the writer of The Empire Strikes Back, coming in to finish the script as well. 'Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes' Gets 2014 Release Date

According to a new report, Metal Gear Solid V will officially be split into two games with one serving as a prequel to the other. The first in the series, entitled Ground Zeroes, will be the prequel leading into the main installment, entitled The Phantom Pain. The latter will have most of the storyline whereas Ground Zeroes will be a smaller, cheaper installment of the popular series.
