It actually happened, folks – Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig really made a Lifetime movie! The network just dropped an official teaser trailer for A Deadly Adoption, which premieres on the network this coming Saturday, June 20, via their YouTube page.
So, if you're looking to get your dad something great for Father's Day, you might want to have him tune into Lifetime then.
Or, is that just for our dad?
Anyway, the trailer shows a very dramatic look at the film, in which Ferrell can be seen bloodied up standing in front of a moving truck that seemingly carries Wiig and co-star Jessica Lowndes. Thankfully, at the last minute, he appears to dart out of the way.
Of course, we can only imagine there's much more drama where that came from.
