Ed Sheeran recently made one girl's day when he surprised her at the West Edmonton Mall in Canada while she was singing "Thinking Out Loud" to the crowd. The BFF to Taylor Swift reportedly heard someone singing his famed tune and decided to surprise her and jump onstage to perform a little impromptu duet.
Oddly enough, the young girl named Sydney Bourbeau seemed incredibly calm during the performance—even when Sheeran took to the stage alongside her.
"I was like, should I stop? I didn't want to stop, but I wanted to talk to him," the young fan told the Edmonton Journal.
"This is, like, the best thing that's ever happened to me," she continued.
Take a look at Sheeran busting in on Bourbeau's performance below:
And here's the video from the musician's management, also on YouTube:
Following the performance, it seems that Sheeran's management contacted Bourbeau and offered up a ticket to one of the singer's upcoming concerts. Which, we can all agree, is wonderful.
Bourbeau recently took to Twitter following the performance to note that it was the "best moment" of her life:
