Here's a real piece of advice that we assumed we wouldn't have to share with you: don't jump across a subway platform; it's way too far a distance. Even if you have some sort of experience doing the long jump in high school track and field, or something like that-just don't do this. Of course we have to share this obvious advice with you because this is exactly what somebody did this week in New York City. This is clearly one of the best "fail" viral videos of the week and possibly the month, so we encourage you to watch the footage below. We do have to warn you; you'll be laughing pretty loudly.

He almost made it, which is impressive, but "almost" doesn't count you guys.
That was a great recovery in saving face.
Also, that guy at the end smiling at the camera is our hero this week.
