Vin Diesel accepted an award and gave quite an emotional speech on Sunday at the Teen Choice Awards for Furious 7, mentioning his Fast & Furious movies franchise costar and friend, Paul Walker. Walker passed away during the filming of the movie in a fatal car crash while riding as a passenger with his friend Roger Rodas.

"I can't stand here and be rewarded like this without talking about somebody very, very, very important to us," Diesel said, according to Entertainment Weekly. "One of the best blessings in our lives is the fact that we have the opportunity to call Pablo our brother. Paul Walker is here in spirit with us."

Ludacris, Jordana Brewster and Michelle Rodriguez were also on stage during the acceptance speech, in front of the cheering crowd.

It was quite moving and he even mentioned the idea of making movies in general, the spark that keeps everyone in the business.

"We make these movies with our hearts. We really are a family. My kids refer to Luda as 'Uncle Luda,'" he continued, according to People. "We are a true, true, true family. You fans have been so incredible to us and have encouraged us and made us reach higher each time."

Talk about being grateful for the fans! What a guy, that Diesel! As if this wasn't enough, Diesel went on to thank and honor Walker's remaining family and he made an especially sweet shout out to Walker's daughter, Meadow. The Hollywood Reporter via Yahoo! News reports that Brewster added to Diesel's heartfelt speech by saying, "We will always, always love you, Paul." In addition to the award the film received, Walker was honored with the Choice Movie Actor: Action/Adventure Award.
