Skydiving is, oftentimes, memorable. But if you ask Polly Chester, not only was it memorable, but it was also costly! The 72-year-old grandma recently went skydiving for the first (and maybe last) time in her life and lost her teeth in the process.

But don't worry, they were dentures. (Hence the costly nature of the dive.)

FOX13 reports that Chester admitted that skydiving was always on her bucket list; therefore, she finally decided to get up and do it. And while it appears she paid close attention to the lesson before jumping out of the plane, maybe she forgot that part where they told her to keep her mouth closed.

"When I closed my mouth, I realized they were gone," she told FOX, adding that it turned out to be one expensive trip, because the dentures actually cost more than the dive itself.

For the record, according to Angie's List, dentures can roughly $1,450.

Anyway, sadly the instructor was unable to catch the falling dentures, as he was too busy rubbing his forehead because after they vacated Chester's mouth, they hit him square in the forehead.

Ouch...

...and gross.

So, let this be a warning to you, folks: If you're going skydiving, and your teeth are not attached to your body, keep that trap shut.
