A visibly pregnant Kim Kardashian stepped out for dinner at Crustaceans in Beverly Hills on Tuesday evening with best friend, reality TV star La La Anthony showing off her ever growing baby bump in her staple black ensemble and touch of lace, with a lace caplet to ad a bit of that Kardashian flare.

The besties most likely caught up on girl talk on relationships, fashion, their careers, and of course motherhood. La La is a mom, to 6-year-old Kiyan Anthony and can give mommy-to-be, Kim tips on how to raise her future baby girl.

Although Kim, 32, has been quoted stating that she and Kanye are excited about welcoming their first child into the world, the traditionally curvy Kim is not taking to baby weight to well. Rumors are swirling that she thinks that baby weight may even lead Kanye to cheat, according PerezHilton.com.

Kim's aunt Joan Kardashian, recently told a Canadian media source that "Kim can have a tummy tuck, which will take care of most of her weight fears," according to Huffington Post UK.

While Kim's stomach remains flat, every other part of her body has ballooned, according to aunt Joan Kardashian. Although Kim is dedicated to a strict diet, she is still very worried about losing all of the baby weight.

Kanye announced that he and Kim Kardashian were pregnant during a concert at Revel Atlantic City, December 2012. Kim, who has became a household name by way of her reality shows, public marriage, and let's not forget her sex tape with Ray J Norwood has decided to be mum in regards to the baby's sex.

While Kim struggles with baby weight and her pregnancy, she is also struggling to finalize her divorce from NBA baller Chris Humpries. Although their televised nuptials dissolved just 72-days after saying "I do," Kim has moved on and appears to be happier than ever with "baby daddy" Kanye West.
