The Talking Water Garden is on the eastern edge of the city. It is a great spot to spend some time. Albany and Millersburg got involved in the construction of the artificial wetland in 2010. The engineering efforts took place to make it the source of water treatment.
Visitors can explore various faux-wetlands spread across wheelchair-accessible trails of more than two miles. The artificial pond and waterfall, also called cells, assist in aerating, cooling, and filtering the water. It provides an intersection of nature and science and makes the visit worth it.
