E! continues Season 2 of The Royals. In Episode 9, are Queen Helena Henstridge (Elizabeth Hurley) and Princess Eleanor Henstridge (Alexandra Park) ready for And Then It Started Like a Guilty Thing?

Jasper (Tom Austen) discovers that Eleanor hasn't told her brother about what happened on her birthday. Helena is watching the video of Liam (William Moseley)'s viral message. Mr. Hill notices Eleanor has cleaned up her room.  He catches her by surprise, saying he's proud of her.   Eleanor tells her bodyguard that she's going to see a friend.

While Eleanor meets the friend she knew from rehab, Liam finds himself confronting the Deputy Prime Minister. Cyrus (Jake Maskall) is making the bed for his unborn son as the new maid makes some sexy moves at him. Jasper meets with the Head of Security, who isn't too happy with him investigating the King's murder.  Pryce warns him not to continue any further.

The Deputy Prime Minister wants Liam to be a cultural ambassador, a position in New York, and work for her. Knowing Lacey is still alive, Helena wants to absolve Luscious from his crime but she doesn't forgive. Refusing his freedom, Luscious has to take the fall for her or else the monarchy will collapse. Luscious reveals to Helena that he was ordered by Cyrus to kill Lacey.

Eleanor realizes her friend from rehab, Imogen,  is in trouble with her abusive boyfriend. Knowing Luscious is innocent, Liam tells his sister he's considering about moving to New York. Jasper takes out his gun from Liam's bedroom, telling him Ted wants him off their case. Liam releases he has been avoiding his date since his birthday.

Eleanor finds Imogen all beaten and bloody. Helena meets with the woman that Crus impregnated. Helena warns her that Cyrus will be her son's greatest influence. Even though the son will be named Simon, Helena believes the child should be protected. Eleanor tells Imogen that she is no one's property, reminding her she has fire and fight in her.

Just as Imogen and Eleanor are about to leave, Victor makes a surprise visit. In the alley, Liam finds himself in the middle of a standoff with Hill and another shooter. Hill and Jasper interrogate the shooter, discovering their is a traitor inside. Hill then gets a message from Eleanor, who is trapped in the shower.

Hill and Jasper arrive in time to stop Victor. Imogen strips off everything as she breaks it off with Victor. As Liam has second doubts about moving, Jasper admits to Hill that he had tried to steal the jewels before. As Eleanor takes care of Imogen, Dominique's brother learns the truth about the Duchess.

With the baby's crib finished, Cyrus refuses the new maid's advances. Jasper hands back Eleanor's diamonds, which she puts in Imogen's bag. While walking the streets, Jasper discovers a second camera from the crime scene and starts watching the footage.

Liam turns down the job in New York but learns the truth about Jasper.  Looking over the footage, Jasper watches as Pryce stabs King Simon to death. After getting punched by Liam, Jasper screams he knows who killed his father.
