Teen Wolf S05E12 Damnatio Memoriae Tyler Posey/Scott McCall, Dylan O'Brien/Stiles Recap

MTV continues with second half of season 5B of Teen Wolf. In episode 12, will best friends Scott McCall (Tyler Posey) and Stiles Stilinski (Dylan O'Brien) be able to find out the hidden meaning behind, "Damnatio Memoriae?"

As the deputy checks out an empty vehicle, she checks out a broken down door, with the chains ripped off. While walking down the stairs, a voice says, "Help me." She finds a man on floor covered in blood and spots The Beast. 

Liam (Dylan Sprayberry) and Hayden make a jump as the monster chases after them. Liam grabs Kayla before they fall off together over a cliff. Before Hayden searches for her sister, she tells Liam that Theo brought her back to life. As Theo commits another murder. Scott looks the next chimera, there is a vision where everyone dies. 

Stiles wakes up and finds his father, Sheriff Stilinski (Linden Ashby), looking over a dead body in the morgue. The two argue over self-defense and murder, when Scott overhears them talking about Kira. Sties has to get his heart over his head; to forgive himself. 

At the back of a dive, Theo laughs as he electrocutes Josh. Theo doesn't even care that Liam is stalking him. After Malia (Shelley Hennig) rejects Scott, she returns to beating the crap of a kidnapped man. She learns about a hostage and an animal doctor.

Liam tells Mason (Khylin Rhambo) that Theo is building a pack from dead Chimeras. As Manson ends up getting asked out on a date, Stiles goes through his father's laptop and discovers missing footage. He spots the monster leaving from the abandoned building.

At the mental institution, Lydia Martin (Holland Roden). finds herself dealing with creepy hallucinations. Something covered in blood starts to crawl out of the bathtub. The bloody thing starts crawling towards her, telling her not to be afraid. 

Theo meets Hayden at the police station, warning her that she cannot hide anything from him. Scott patches himself as his wounds refuse to heal. Scott is surprised that Stiles asks for his help with The Beast. There may have been another opening in the abandoned building. 

While Theo convinces Cory to follow the next phase of his plan, Stiles and Scott investigate the gory crime scene. Stiles helps Scott move something and stumble upon a secret passageway. Lydia is warned by her ghost that she must wake up or watch her friends die. The ghost, a former inmate at the asylum, will teach her to fight.

Scott and stiles discover the words, Damnatio Memoriae, and stumble upon another werewolf. As Scott fights back, Theo calls a halt to the battle. Theo wants to side with Scott because their enemy is The Beast. 

Unable to find Scott, Liam and Hayden kiss, revealing their true feelings for each other. Stiles deciphers the message and realize The Beast has been resurrected. The Dread Doctors ave brought back something to end life and kill. Needing help, Scott has to bring Kira and the others back one by one.

Kira (Arden Cho) is out in the desert when the zombie tribe crawl out of the sand.
