According to Allhiphop.com, we may be getting a new Nick Minaj album sometime soon. Fresh off of a judging stint on American Idol and a double nip-slip on the set of her “High School” music video, rumor has it Minaj is hitting the studio.

Allhiphop says that Minaj is in the lab with Future and Wiz Khalifa. Speculation says that the first single off the track will be another jam from her psychotic male alter-ego Roman.

Recently, Minaj has made headlines for her appearance in French Montana’s music video for “Freaks”, appearing late for a live taping of American Idol and having an (intentional) double nip-slip on the set of her new music video “High School” alongside Lil’ Wayne.

(Can it be a nip-slip if you do it on purpose? Let’s pull a Linda Richman and “discuss”)

Check her out in the French Montana video here:

And the real reason you came here (ya nasty), here’s the “nip-slip” vid:

Minaj (whose birth name is Onika Tanya Maraj, the more you know) was born in Trinidad but raised in New York City. She garnered a lot of buzz off of three mixtapes released from 2007 to 2009. That attention netted her a contract with Young Money. Since then she has released two platinum albums 2010’s Pink Friday and 2012’s Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. She was the first female rapper to ever make MTV’s annual “Hottest MC’s List”, which led the New York Times to speculate that she may be “the most influential female rapper of all time.”
What do you think? Is a new Minaj album on the way? Are you looking forward to hearing more from Roman?
