5 Questions Grant Gustin, Danielle Panabaker, Candice Patton 'The Flash' Season 2 Must Answer!

The CW Network returns with Season 2 of The Flash. After the mid-season hiatus is over, this the perfect opportunity to check up on Barry Allen (Grant Gustin), Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker), Iris West (Candice Patton) and their new opponent, Zoom (voiced by Tony Todd).

As we previously mentioned, Jay Garrick (Teddy Sears), the Silver Age Flash, has crossed dimensions to find the scarlet speedster. Jay warns Barry (Gustin) and his team at S.T.A.R. Labs about an impending danger that he alone cannot stop. Together, they have to stop Zoom before he wipes out every speedster across every multiverse. But after that beating the Flash took from Zoom, does Barry have the strength and power to fight his greatest enemy?

5) Which Ronnie is It?

In the season premiere, The Man Who Saved Central City, our hearts were broken for Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) as Firestorm (Ronnie Amell) sacrificed himself to stop the singularity. But now the show is teasing that Ronnie Raymond will be making a comeback to the show, but this time, he's Earth 2's Deathstorm. Does Ronnie's double have feelings for Caitlin?

4) How Does Wally West Fit Into This?

During the mid-season finale, it felt like a very Christmas episode as Wally West (Keiynan Lonsdale) shocked everyone when he arrived at their doorstep. Will Iris keep another big secret, Barry's secret identity, from her long-lost brother? Will Joe West (Jesse L. Martin) be able to make up for lost time with his son? Will Wally West become Kid Flash?

3) Who The Hell Is Zoom?

Zoom has covered himself, hiding his face become a black mask. Could Zoom actually be someone we know? This question has been nagging this writer the entire time. Why the hell did Henry Allen (John Wesley Shipp) leave the show all of a sudden? Could Earth 2's Henry Allen be Zoom? How cool would it be if Tony Todd (Candyman) was Zoom the entire time?

2) Whose Side Is Harry On?

Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) is back too and this time around, he's such a jerk! Making his way from Earth-2, Wells wants to be the mentor to the scarlet speedster as he competes against Jay. But we do know Harrison is working for Zoom because he has his daughter, Jesse Quick. Will Harrison make Barry run faster, in order for Zoom to steal his super-speed powers?

1) How Bad Is Killer Frost?

This critic is very excited to see actress Danielle Panabaker show as Caitlin Snow unleashes her bad self, Killer Frost. With her contacts, fake wig, and leathery outfit, the Friday the 13th scream queen looks damn fine as a bad girl. Will the scarlet speedster be able to take down this new super-villain, who has the face of his closet friend?

The Flash returns for Season 2 on Tuesday, January 19, at 8pm.
