It's no secret that there is still definitely bad blood between Zayn Malik and One Direction. Malik has thrown shade at the band and Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan have shared their feelings towards their former bandmate as well. One person who is not happy about this fight is Gigi Hadid, and she wants the feud to end right here, right now, and has suggested Malik make peace.

The 20-year-old model is reportedly trying to put Malik's relationship with the 1D boys in the right path. A source tells HollywoodLife that, “Gigi knows there’s lots of bad blood between the boys following Zayn’s acrimonious exit from 1D, but she thinks he should let his music do the talking now.”

She also believed that his behavior will not help him gather more fans, knowing that the popular band has millions of loyal followers and they will obviously not support his upcoming album, if he keeps on slamming One Direction publicly.

“Gigi believes it makes sense to apologize to his former bandmates for slamming them in a recent interview with Fader magazine, but she won’t pressure Zayn into that. That’s up to him,” the source added.

Malik previously told The Fader back in November that people don't know what he will give them musically yet. He then said that if fans will finally hear his music, "they’ll understand why I did what I did, and why I left the band, and why I had to write all this s**t down."

The 22-year-old recently dissed the British-Irish boyband, revealing that he didn't purchase their latest album, Made in The A.M. because he disliked the songs in it.

“I’ll be honest, I thought the first single was quite cool,” he told Billboard, referring to “Drag Me Down.” But the compliment didn't last long, he then said, “I heard the second single ["Perfect"] and — yeah, I didn’t buy the album.”
