After a recent miscarriage scare, Kardashian has been taking more time to pamper and relax in preparation for her first child with Kanye West.

E! News reported that the 32-year-old confessed, "Being pregnant is not as easy as my sister made it look or as my mom has made it look. It's a little painful. I've gotten sick a couple times. It's getting a little bit more difficult."

"I like to be active but I've been chilling out," Kardashian said at the premiere of Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor, "I took a week off, just to rest and it was amazing."
