'Suicide Squad': Jared Leto/Joker, Margot Robbie/Harley Quinn Poster Before DC Comics Special

Warner Bros. will soon release an all-new poster of the super-villain team, Suicide Squad. Before the upcoming Task Force X movie, check out this teaser image featuring Jared Leto (The Joker) and Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn) before their DC Comics Special.

As we previously mentioned, when the government has a mission too hot for the superheroes to handle, they send in the bad guys to take care of the business. In a plot reminiscent of The Dirty Dozen, if the Suicide Squad - which includes the captured band of super-villains Harley Quinn, Deadshot, and Captain Boomerang - survives their deadly mission, their prison sentence will then be reduced.

The lineup also includes Will Smith (Deadshot), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flag), Jai Courtney (Captain Boomerang), Cara Delevingne (Enchantress) in writer/director David Ayer (End of Watch)'s upcoming comic book movie.

We also mentioned, DC Films Presents: Dawn of the Justice League presents a preview of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (in theaters March 25), a sneak peek at the upcoming Wonder Woman movie (starring Gal Gadot) and the world premiere an all-new trailer for Suicide Squad (out Aug. 5).

According to Yahoo! Movies, the Training Day screenwriter has put together his crackpot team of super-villains in the colorful image. The team of baddies are shown standing in the shape of a sinister smile.

The poster also includes government leader Amanda "The Wall" Waller (Viola Davis), who can be seen standing next to The Killing actor and wearing a red blazer. Acting in character, Harley Queen (Robbie) waves at the camera. Wearing no shoes, and with the word "Damaged" on his forehead, The Joker (Leto) just glares at the camera.

DC Films Presents: Dawn of the Justice League airs Tuesday, January 19 on the CW at 9:30pm.
