KUWTK star Rob Kardashian took to Instagram to post a rare selfie in a very cryptic photo. Posts from the youngest Kardashian are very few and far between on social media these days. However he recently took to Instagram to share a selfie of his face, which was mostly covered by a bandanna. It is a close up of his brown eyes looking very serious or intense and that is it.

He didn't even post a caption; he just included two emoji's that were devil faces frowning. It doesn't say much, but at least Kris Jenner's only son is posting to social media once again.

It is not often that the KUWTK star posts to social media these days. In fact, all other posts that he made on Instagram have been deleted and not just recent posts. The one of his covered face is the only post on his Instagram account at this point. It is not even clear when the picture he shared was actually taken. Not a follower, his account shows that he has 4.4 million followers, but he is not following anyone.

This new messages comes a month after it was revealed that the sock designer has diabetes. His health and mental well-being have been a concern for the family and was even featured in a storyline on the hit E! show. Even though he has not been on the show for a couple of years, the family has discussed his issues and how to help him on air.

Although Kim Kardashian's younger brother has always tended to shy away from the spotlight his sisters have created, the last couple of years he has been even more out of the limelight than usual. He has not made a public appearance with the family in years and even opted not to appear in their annual Christmas card this year.

Whatever his message is with his new Instagram post, here is hoping Kardashian is getting the help that he needs to make his life better.
