Playboy and Hustler are two of the most iconic magazines to feature nude content in the United States, with the latter often having content that's more than a little explicit, which has been the case for decades. After Playboy put Hugh Hefner's home, iconic Playboy Mansion, on the market, one man's interested in buying the $200 million property: Larry Flynt.

The New York Daily News recently spoke to Harry Mohney, the owner the company that operates Flynt's Hustler Club, Déjà Vu, who said the iconic editor was very interested in adding Hefner's iconic home to his estate.

"Larry and I have talked about it and are preparing a bid," said Mohney, speaking about their joint interest to make the Playboy Mansion a new home for Hustler. "We feel it is an excellent place for The Hustler Club and Hustler Mansion."

If the sale were to materialize, Mohney and Flynt are planning to up the ante from Hef's famous parties, and there would be "at least" three major VIP gatherings per week. The Hustler staff would also be moving to the estate, which boasts 29 rooms and a lot of pop history.

Hefner has owned the estate since 1971, when he bought it for $1.05 million. Last week, shortly after the magazine released its last-ever nude issue (obviously featuring Pamela Anderson), the home was put on sale with one condition: the Playboy founder got to stay there.

While the 5-acre property home is currently listed at $200 million, TMZ reports that Flynt has been informed that the iconic place is actually worth much, much less, around $40 million. Still, the subject of Milo Forman's film The People vs. Larry Flynt is apparently willing to loose some bucks for the opportunity to bring Hustler into Playboy, and his offer will be around $80 million, twice what the home is reportedly worth.

Even more interestingly, Flynt wants Hef to write a column for Hustler, though that bit in particular sounds too far-fetched.
