Romeo Miller has now grown up! MStars News recently spoke with the son of legendary rapper Master P about his upcoming projects, including his new film, Little Dead Rotting Hood, which is currently out now.

In case you didn't already know, Miller is a man of multitasking. The 26-year-old is not only rapping these days; he also acts and is one of the main reality stars on the new WE tv hit show, Growing Up Hip Hop.

But in case you forgot, Romeo's first single, "My Baby," reached No. 1 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart, making him the youngest person to have a No. 1 single, beating a record held by Michael Jackson. As an actor, he starred in his own Nickelodeon series, Romeo! for three seasons and appeared in hit films such as Jumping the Broom and Madea's Witness Protection. He also memorably competed in Season 12 of Dancing with the Stars and recently launched his own clothing line, ROME Everything.

But lets get back to the new deadly thriller. Little Dead Rotting Hood stars Bianca A. Santos, Eric Balfour, and Miller (aka Lil' Romeo) and is available on DVD and Digital HD right now. As a press release for the film notes, in it, a pack of deadly wolves begin attacking the residents of a small town. Soon enough, more and more people end up dead, as residents find out that there is something more sinister than wolves coming around their town. As the amount of wolves increase, one young woman has the power to stop the bloodshed before it's too late.

MStars News: Why have you decided to star in thriller and scary movies?
Romeo Miller: I believe in doing a little bit of everything. As an actor, I didn't want to be in a box. ... Being around guys like Denzel [Washington] and Will Smith, you have to step outside of the box and try everything. It's like Terrence Howard said: "Most people think it's about quality but it's about quantity." It's better to be more involved and get a taste of everything, see what you like and show the world that you're versatile. That's why I liked working on this project, Little Dead Rotting Hood. It's a horror version of Little Red Riding Hood and it's more of a thriller because you go on a ride as you watch it.

MS: What role do you play in the film?
RM: I play a character name Danny. He's the boyfriend of Little Red Riding Hood. He doesn't have any super powers or anything but he has the heart of a lion and is basically fearless and he tries to save the day whenever he can. He would do anything for his boo. That's the cool thing about this movie, it's romantic. It takes you on this roller coaster, and I promise you, you'll want more.

As an actor, I don't put myself in a box. I just did a comedy called The Royals, which is the top movie with TV One. I also did a movie called A Girl Like Grace with Meagan Good, and I just did Jarhead 3, which is an action movie. So I like to do a little bit of everything. I definitely love romantic comedies so you will see me a lot more as I get older. For me, it's about finding great material and doing something where I can inspiring our youth as well.

MS: Any more family reality shows for you?
RM: Yes. It just has to be the right platform and the right network that understands and [is] down to do something positive. Me and my father have a show on Reelz called Master P Empire. It's the number one show on that network, and it's a great family show. We also have a new show coming out on WE tv that I produced called Family Empire, aka Growing Up Hip Hop. Me and Angela Simmons produced that and it's basically about us and other kids growing up in the industry building our own empires. If I continue to do reality TV it has to be positive. At the end of the day you have to learn something from watching each episode.

MS: You've been in a lot of commercials, and ICDC College is major. As an actor, what is the importance of education?
RM: It's a funny thing. A lot of people try to make fun of that and a lot of people try to make fun of just education in general. For me, I was approached to do endorsements from all types of companies, and something that I'm passionate about is education. It is the reason I'm here today. My father went to college and that changed his life. For me, when ICDC College approached me to endorse them it was a no brainer. That's what I want to use my celebrity for. That's what I've been given by God to showcase: if you have your education anything is possible. Nobody can take away your knowledge. People can take away jewelry, people can take away whatever but your knowledge, as long as you have that, anything is possible.

If you didn't know, Miller put his career on hold to go to college at USC.
