Kordell Stewart and Porsha Stewart Divorce UPDATE: 'RHOA' Star and Former NFL Baller PRE-NUP? Kordell Claims Porsha Can Support Herself

The plot thickens. Mstarz announced Tuesday morning that Real House of Atlanta star Porsha Stewart, and former NFL quarterback husband Kordell Stewart were getting a divorce, but now details regarding their marriage are surfacing.

Kordell filed for divorce from his wife of less than two years March 22, and TMZ has their hands on the court documents.

Kordell is not interested in paying spousal support to Porsha, according to court documents Kordell stated that "[She's] an able-bodied person, earning income and is capable of supporting herself."

Furthermore, Kordell also says there are no marital assets subject to division, according to TMZ. Does this mean that there was a prenuptial agreement?

Kandi Buress, Porsha's RHOA co-star blogged back in January that Porsha told her that she didn't sign a pre-nup:

"I hope Porsha and Kordell's marriage lasts for a lifetime, but I will say that I was shocked when she told me that they didn't do a pre-nup. I don't know why I was shocked, but I was. Some people like things the good ol' fashion way, and there's nothing wrong with that. To each his own!"
