Kristen Stewart Married!? Girlfriend Alicia Cargile Engagement Ring HOAX, Not Back Together

Several months ago, rumors suggested that "Twilight" sweetheart Kristen Stewart indulged in a romantic fling with longtime (girl)friend, Alicia Cargile. Well, did the two ladies recently get back together - and secretly married!?

Not likely...

According to the seedy gossip tabloid Ok! magazine, this snapshot "proves" that 25-year-old Stewart sporadically tied the knot with Cargile:

Stewart isn't usually one to acknowledge rumors, but following reports that she and Cargile had split, up, the actress seemed to confirm her commitment by stepping out with a gold band on her ring finger.

Really? Can't a gal flaunt a pretty gold band on her left hand without it meaning anything!?

Stewart attended the Sundance Film Festival earlier this month in promotion of her new movie, "Certain Women." Obviously, her interesting choice of jewelry is what really stole the show.

But remember back in October (2015), when the same publication insinuated that K-Stew already walked down the aisle with Cargile? Apparently, she attended the Los Angeles premiere of "American Ultra" with former co-star Taylor Lautner as a "distraction" (via MstarsNews):

"She may have chosen Taylor to protect a secret: that she recently married her girlfriend (Cargile)."

Supposedly she even whispered to someone during the afterparty, "I miss my wife." But to avoid any legal drama, the iffy report concludes, "It's unlikely that the actress will formally announce the nuptials."

Yeah - that didn't happen.

The rather private actress has yet to comment on such hearsay, but to help clear things up, GossipCop talked to a "legit" source who debunked such crazy claims. More importantly, no marriage license currently exists for the "Clouds of Sils Maria" beauty.

But who really knows what's going on with Stewart's personal love life, right?
