Chris Brown Denies Nia Guzman's Claims That He Gave Daughter Royalty Asthma

Chris Brown can't seem to catch a break when it comes to dealing with his baby mother Nia Guzman. Guzman and the "Fine By Me" singer have been at each other's throats over their 1-year-old daughter Royalty. After Guzman claimed that the singer's smoking habits have made Royalty develop asthma, the 26-year-old spoke out and denied her accusations.

The two have been back and forth with drama over their little girl. First Guzman was trying to keep Royalty from the singer and then she had an issue with child support. Since news broke that the 26-year-old was the father of Royalty, these two have been unable to see eye to eye and now things are getting worse. It is now being reported that Guzman is planning to take Brown back to court.

According to TMZ, Guzman is claiming that Royalty is developing asthma from being around the singer when he is smoking. The site reports that Guzman wants to restrict the singer's visitation asking the judge to force him to hire a full-time nanny or pull back on his right to be around Royalty. She also wants the judge to make Brown to take random drug tests, prohibit his use of drugs and alcohol around Royalty and wants her child support payment increased from $2500 to almost $16K a month.

The "Fine By Me" singer, who is known to be outspoken, wasted no time speaking his peace via Instagram about Guzman's claims. Brown insisted that he quit smoking around New Years and that no one smokes around his daughter. The singer expressed that his daughter is his only concern and that he would never do anything to put her in harm's way. He believes that Guzman is only out to get as much money as possible from him.

As time passes things are going from bad to extremely worse for these two. Hopefully they can come to some sort of common ground for the sake of Royalty.
