UPDATE: Katie May passed away at the age of 34 on Thursday evening (February 4) after her family made the difficult decision to take her off of life support.

Reports confirm that former Playboy model Katie May suffered a severe stroke earlier this week, and remains hospitalized in critical condition.

Details surrounding the blonde bombshell's current health status are still unclear, but her family recently activated a GoFundMe account to help raise funds for her seven-year-old daughter:

Anyone who was lucky enough to know Katie May was truly blessed by her incredible heart, mind and soul. She was an inspiration and a guiding light to so many people in this world. Please help us by donating money to support her daughter. We want to raise as much money for her daughter's living trust as possible to ensure she will always be taken care of. Her daughter was Katie's whole life, so please help Katie and her family by donating money.

However, as of this writing, May is NOT deceased. Several fans continue offering their condolences on Twitter, although May has not been pronounced dead:

"May occasionally talks about health and fitness on her social media pages, but has never mentioned any pre-existing condition that could lead to a stroke at such a young age."
