What's with all this negative news surrounding Justin Bieber and friends lately? As Mstars reported in an earlier article, someone had tipped TMZ that a pot party was held at Bieber's mansion while he was on tour in Europe. Photos were taken showing marijuana and alcohol across a table.

A source sent an email to Mstars News to defend Bieber, claiming that it could be a staged attack towards the singer.

The source wrote, "You can never believe fully what you read online, especially on gossip sites like TMZ. That poster could be found in any home, not only Biebers house. Bieber is a good and respectful kid and there are people who are trying to push him to his limits," the source said.

"There are some jealous people out there who want to ruin his career.  Though it hurts Justin, it's also making him stronger.  I know he will make it through all this.  He is doing his best to be known and loved for his music," the source added.

Bieber himself told US Weekly, "The biggest misconception about me is that I'm a bad person. I get upset about that. I have a big heart. I want to be a good role model, but some people want me to fail."

"I know who I am and I'm not gonna let negativity towards me bring me down. I'm a positive person and I plan on staying that way. This business can break you down, but I have a strong team around me, and my family and all the fans. The love overcomes the negativity. I'm not perfect but I'm growing and trying to be better everyday. That's part of life."

We've all watched Bieber grow up in the spotlight from a young and innocent teen heartthrob to the musician he is today.

Do you think TMZ's report on a pot party is believable?
