Robert Pattinson New Movie Crush Mia Goth, No FKA Twigs Wedding? 'High Life' Plot Revealed

Robert Pattinson stars alongside Patricia Arquette and Mia Goth in Claire Denis' highly-anticipted new sci-fi movie, "High Life." Details surrounding actual filming still remain unconfirmed, but more plot information recently emerged via online Screen Daily:

A group of skilled criminals trade facing jail time and capital punishment to instead participate in a (likely fatal) government space mission. They will be tasked with finding alternate energy sources and take part in human reproduction experiments.

The film follows the character of Monte a few years after the mission's launch as he raises his daughter, Willow, in complete isolation on the empty spacecraft as it heads towards its final destination, a black hole.

He fathered Willow against his will after his sperm was used to inseminate another convict in space as part of the experiment. In the process of raising her, however, he comes to experience real love for the first time in his life.

Rather interesting storyline, and indeed very ambitious (via Indie Wire). Production will start this summer, so the flick won't hit theaters until at least 2017. How many MstarsNews readers are already intrigued?

Could another "off-screen" romance grow between Pattinson and Goth, although the 29-year-old British heartthrob's still engaged to English singer, FKA Twigs? The gorgeous blonde briefly dated Shia LaBeouf while working on Lars von Trier's controversial film, "Nymphomaniac." Perhaps Kristen Stewart's ex-boyfriend might develop a little celebrity crush?

Anyway, the movie (inspired by Denis' original idea with Jean-Pol Fargeau) is written by Zadie Smith and Nick Laird, and now includes producers Oliver Dungey, Laurence Clerc, Olivier Thery Lapiney, Claudia Steffen, and Christoph Friedel. Stay tuned as more details become available!
