Nicki Minaj Twitter Blasts 'American Idol' HATERS [UPDATE]: Nicki Minaj SLAMS Outsted 'American Idol' Contestant Devin Velez

There is drama on 'Idol' again! Last week we reported that Nicki Minaj, took to her Twitter account to blast ousted "American Idol" contestants.  Minaj tweeted, 'don't be mad at the judges, be mad at America.' At first we thought Nicki was in one of her moods or maybe her alter ego 'Roman Zolanski' took over her account, but according to new reports her rants were directed at ousted contestant, Devin Velez.

Devin accused Nicki Minaj of completely snubbing him during his elimination, not even offering the eliminated singer so much as a goodbye or good luck, according to Reality TV Magazine. 

"American Idol" fans may have had an idea regarding who Nicki was referring to when she tweeted, (amongst other tweets); on the same night Velez was sent eliminated.

"Send the judges some flowers and a card. If Curtis didn't get SAVED, NONE of u get saved. Best male voice of the SEASON!!!!!!!!!!! #TruthTea," also noting that the judges save is nothing more than "bullshit," and assuming everyone knows that."

However, Nicki's tweets may have been in response to Velez's comments during a conference call with reporters following his elimination.  Velez referred to Minaj's comments to him Wednesday night, after his "subpar" group performance. "She could have been upset because the night before she was wearing the same colored dress as Mariah, or that she was on time. We never know. But I know that I love her as a judge...It's when she gets into the exaggerative speaking, where it's just like, 'Ah, take it easy!' You don't wanna hurt somebody else's feelings," Velez told reporters according to Billboard.

Nicki has been bringing the drama on "Americal Idol." She and co-host Mariah Carey exchanged words and alleged threats in the past, and Nicki has made headlines for her late arrivals and diva like tendencies.
