Season 5 of Suits continues on USA Network with its midseason premiere. In Episode 13, will lawyers Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) and Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) be able to find God's Green Earth due to the fallout from Donna Paulsen (Sarah Rafferty)?

Back in court, Mike and Harvey notice Gibbs bringing in someone who took the Lsat's with Ross. Jack Solof (John Pyper-Ferguson) brings in news that Jessica (Gina Torres)'s firm is in the editorial news. Jack is now involved to save his job as Gibbs plans of slapping a subpoena on Rachel (Meghan Markle).

As Gibbs confronts Rachel in person, Jessica wants Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) to look for applicants outside of Harvard. While Gibbs offers Rachel an ultimatum, Donna has to look into boxes of files to find out what Anita has. With clients being shaken, Jessica doesn't get the feeling that Harvey cares about the firm.

Jessica tells Jack that she plans of kicking ass and feeling fierce. Rachel and Mike argue about her future if she faces the bar. Unable to control her emotions and tears, Rachel has a meeting soon with the dean. Mike then gets into an argument with Harvey about whether or not they should attack Gibbs.

Sheila (Rachael Harris) admits applicants aren't interested in the firm because of the editorial. Understanding she won't give him a second chance, Louis asks Sheila for help with the firm. Donna tells Harvey to get involved and fight back or else Mike will. Jack tells Jessica that she needs to open up her wallet and make a deal.

Mike then goes to Scottie (Abigail Spencer) and asks for her help. Harvey discovers Gibbs planted the editorial because she said, "God's Green Earth." The Dean asks Rachel if she actually took the test because of her high score. Refusing to go after Gibbs, Scottie argues with Harvey that he's not talking to Mike.

With his deal shot down, Jack still wants to say at Jessica's firm. Louis and Jessica realize people are coming afraid of the firm. Louis admits not all great lawyers come from Harvard and opened the doors to other universities.

Rachel tells Mike that the dean threatened to expel her. With Rachel's future in jeopardy, Mike and Harvey argue hitting Gibbs with abuse of power. Jack wants to be named partner in order to stay with Jessica. He shows her what Daniel Hardman has on him.

Mike and Harvey slap a file on Gibbs' desk and get her to sign the papers, backing away from Rachel. As the lovebirds joke around, Louis starts yelling at Jessica. Firing back, Jessica wants Louis to make sure Sheila doesn't show up at the trial. As Donna and Rachel make apologies,

Harvey admits to Scottie he's been going to therapy. Is it okay if he calls her after? Afterwards, Scottie asks Rachel if she has thought if Mike goes to jail. Even if Harvey wins, Mike is going to have to resign.

As Rachel is left with doubts, Louis offers Sheila a chance to leave to Argentina. Louis has to break her heart in order for her to accept the plane ticket. As Mike and Harvey argue,Donna reveals Trevor has been brought in.
