It's official - NFL superstar Colin Kaepernick is dating "Girl Code" cutie, Nessa Diab. The couple spent an adorabel Valentine's Day together at Camp Taylor, a safe and fun place for children with heart disease:

Rumors initially suggested that Kaepernick was romantically involved with the Hot 97 radio host several months ago. But she was also supposedly involved with Aldon Smith, another player on the San Francisco 49ers. That rather casual relationship ended amically back in May (2015). But then Nessa started hooking-up with Smith's 28-year-old teammate. Obviously, that didn't go well between the two athletes...
Did such drama ultimately ruin Kaepernick's game? The popular quarterback definitely didn't have a great season, and will probably look for another team come March.
But things seem to be going well for his love life, and most fans approve since the MTV beauty seems like a total catch!
