After Kesha lost her bid to be released from her contract with Dr. Luke, who she claimed raped her years ago, there has been a tremendous outpouring of support. It's not only fans but huge celebrities like Lady Gaga and Kelly Clarkson rallied behind the singer while Taylor Swift is her biggest supporter yet.

Last Friday, a New York Supreme Court judge denied Kesha's request to create music outside a six-album contract with Kemosabe Records, a Sony business run by Dr. Luke a.k.a. Lukasz Gottwald. The singer claimed last year that Gottwald, a top music producer, drugged then raped her several years ago. She also claimed he emotionally abused her to the point where she developed an eating disorder.

After the announcement was made by the courts last week, other pop stars have expressed support for Kesha.

Lady Gaga tweeted, "There are people all over the world who love you @KeshaRose. And I can say truly I am in awe of your bravery."

Kelly Clarkson, who happens to have worked alongside Dr. Luke, also took to Twitter to rally behind Kesha. The singer wrote, "Trying 2 not say anything since I can't say anything nice about a person... so this is me not talking about Dr. Luke."

And Kesha's staunchest supporter in the celebrity world could very well be Taylor Swift. Swift's rep told Just Jared that "Taylor Swift has donated $250,000 to Kesha to help with any of her financial needs during this trying time."

Pebe Sebert, Kesha's mother, tweeted that the news is right:

"Taylor Swift has just generously donated $250,000 to Kesha, as a show of support during this difficult time. AMAZING!! A person's wealth is not measured by what they have but by WHO they help with it. And Taylor Swift is a truly RICH PERSON. Thank you."
