While many of us are still in awe of Beyoncé's show-stopping performance of her hit song "Formation" at the Super Bowl, the star is currently receiving backlash from many law enforcement officials.

Many police officers have decided to boycott the songstress for her upcoming Formation World Tour. In light of Queen Bey's stand on the Black Lives Matter movement, Minister Louis Farrakhan, along with the Nation of Islam, has decided to offer her security if police refuse.

In the song "Formation," Queen Bey talks about having pride in being a black woman and paying homage to her roots. Law enforcement officials took offense to the video and performance that stands in support of the Black Lives Matter movement. Police officers were offended by a little boy dancing in all black with the police officers hand in the air as a wall read, "stop shooting us."

According to Billboard, news of the police boycotts didn't sit right with Farrakhan. The leader of the N.O.I. was filled with joy as he expressed his vow to protect Queen Bey if law enforcement fails to do so during her Formation World Tour.

"You gonna picket?" Farrakhan asks the audience at the Nation of Islam's Savior's Day event. "You're not gonna offer police protection? But the F.O.I. will."

The honorable Farrakhan decided to make this decision as many law enforcement officials have decided to opt out of providing security for Queen Bey. Some officials believe that the "Formation" song, video and Super Bowl performance was a message pitting blacks against the police.

Farrakhan, who delivered the keynote address at the event, praised Bey for her efforts with the Black Lives Matter movement and vowed to stand by her as he uplifted the crowd. The minister also encouraged the hip-hop community to speak how they feel.

"And my sweet sister Beyoncé," Farrakhan tells the audience. "Boy! Did she fix them?! Beyonce? She started talking that black stuff! And white folks are like we don't know how to deal with that! Say what you feel, put it out there."

Do you agree with Minister Louis Farrakhan's decision? Do you think Beyonce was wrong for her performance? Sound off below!
