USA Network continues with the premiere of their sci-fi drama, Colony. In episode 6, are Will (Josh Holloway) and Katie Bowman (Sarah Wayne Callies) ready to figure out what lies Broussard (Tory Kittles) has been hiding?

During mass, the pastor introduces Mr. Burgess (Adrian Pasdar) to the crowd, preaching about "the day shall come." Back at an empty home, Katie senses eerie silence, grabs a gun, and shoots a masked intruder. When she realizes its actually Broussard, Katie pulls the trigger and wakes herself up from her nightmare.

Burgess and Madeline (Amanda Righetti) have an intimate moment together as she strips topless. Burgess' wife watches them with their kinky foreplay. Elsewhere, Katie's daughter learns the history of the arrival from her tutor. Spying on her boss, Madeline finds her missing painting in Charlotte's office.

After Katie finds her bar surrounded by the military police, she heads out and finds an empty rebel base. None of the rebels have told her where they have relocated. Now that Will has a suspect, Will Ford aka Broussard, he gets permission from Proxy Snyder (Peter Jacobson) to go after him. Unfortunately, Will and Beau (Carl Weathers) stumble upon a house that was wired to explode.

Beau and Will interrogate Broussard's associates at the military police, getting a clue about his tattoo. As Jennifer (Kathleen Rose Perkins) looks into Ford's files, Broussard murders an officer and heads into the morgue. Understanding what hard choices mean, Broussard is then ordered by the rebel leader to take out Katie.

Using the dead body from the morgue, Will and Beau find themselves distracted by the burnt corpse and vehicle. Beau wants to walk away, but Will knows Broussard had a gun pointed at his wife. Burgess wants more, but Madeline is playing hot and cold.

Katie sneaks back into her own bar, deciphers the rebel's code, and gets a location. After Katie gets into a van with Broussard, Jennifer discovers Broussard created 14 false identities for himself. Far away from the mainland, Broussard asks Katie if she gave info on the rebels to Will. Katie is furious with Broussard because he's questioning her loyalty.

At the new rebel base, Broussard tells Rachel (Kim Rhodes) that he could not follow orders and kill Katie. Will is sent to a secret location to meet with Snyder. Knowing the resistance has a ex merc sociopath on their hands, Snyder gives Will incentive to keep fighting. Will shows Katie proof that their son still alive. Knowing their boy is growing up alone, Will wraps his arms around his wife tightly.

After Charlotte threatens to take away her son's medicine, Madeline makes her own to Burgess. When Will learns Jennifer was an online matchmaker in her previous life, Beau arrives at the office with evidence. He then shows Katie photos of Broussard's previous kills and bombings. Katie then gives Will a fake story and the location of the empty rebel base.

Rachel tells Katie that their cause needs people who can pull the trigger and people like her. After Katie warns him, the military police show up and bust into Broussard's home. Will spots the same book Katie has, possibly making a connection.
