Scandal Season 5 Episode 13 "The Fish Rots From the Head" Live Stream [WATCH]

Scandal is back and the last episode shows that Shonda Rhimes hasn't missed a step living up to the show's name.

In the next episode, "The Fish Rots From the Head," Olivia (Kerry Washington) and her associated are in for a big surprise. Since Olivia's breakup with President Fitz (Tony Goldwyn), her work with the White House is over -- or at least that's what we thought.

Last episode we saw Olivia, Quinn (Katie Lowes) and Huck (Guillermo Diaz) embark on a mission to find out everything about Jake's (Scott Foley) girlfriend. Cyrus's (Jeff Perry) plan of making Francisco Vargas America's new hero goes just as planned. Cyrus loves the thrill of building powerful men and he is on the road of making Vargas just that. Abby (Darby Stanchfield) and President Fitz go toe-to-toe with each other as they argue about his extracurricular activities with journalist Lillian Forrester (Annabeth Gish).

In the teaser for the next episode, Olivia and her associates find themselves in uncomfortable waters. Being the fixer that she is, Olivia always comes through when scandal arises. Much to her surprise, the client is the White House. The secret service finds themselves in a sticky situation and the only person that can bail them out is Olivia. While Olivia and her associates think that this situation is a minor one, they are surprised to come into a hotel room with a dead body.

Scandal airs Thursdays on ABC at 9/8c. Make sure you tune in to see if Olivia and her associates can get the White House out of their latest scandal unscathed.
