Akshay Kumar to Have Special Appearance in Deepak Dobriyal's 'Yeh Kaisa Khiladi'

If everything goes as planned, then actor Akshay Kumar will be having a special appearance in a song from actor Deepak Dobriyal starrer Yeh Kaisa Khiladi.

After grabbing attention after portraying the famous Pappiji in Tanu Weds Manu series with R. Madhavan and by playing the role of Kanhaiya in Salman Khan's Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Dobriyal is all set for his new project. The actor is gearing up to start shooting for his film in Agra. While interacting about his role in Yeh Kaisa Khiladi, Dobriyal told Mumbai Mirror that his character in the film is a fan of Kumar and he imitates him a lot.

"My character imitates Akshay and is a Khiladi in his own way. It's going to be challenging but I'm glad to be part of it."

Now that the movie is based on Kumar, we wonder if there will be action sequences to give the Khiladi Akshay Kumar effect. Dobriyal further shared that the Khiladi film series is incomplete without stunts and he will begin the training for the film with an action expert. In addition, actress Bidita Bag has been approached for the female lead in the film.

The 40-year-old actor also revealed his love for Kumar's action films like Khiladi, International Khiladi and Main Khiladi Tu Anari. Dobriyal, who has been in the industry for more than a decade, has been a part of the prominent film including Omkara, Gulaal and Dabangg 2.

An official confirmation from Kumar is still expected. Kumar, who recently unveiled the first look of his upcoming film Rustom, has a busy year ahead as he has lined up various projects including Rajinikanth's Robot 2 and Namastey England by Vipul Shah. It's anticipated that the actor might be doing films like Oh My God 2, Welcome 3 and Awara Pagal Deewana 2.

On the other hand, Dobriyal was recently seen in an online non-smoking campaign with One Night Stand actress Sunny Leone in which he portrayed the role of a person whose last desire is to be with Leone but he could not fulfil his last desire as all the cigarettes have already taken away his life. Taking with the Indian Express about his smoking habits, Dobriyal said that his willpower helped him to quit smoking.

"My will power used to be strong when I used to not smoke. I used to do things passionately. But looking at my seniors (I thought) smoking is stylish. When you're smoking you feel like you're occupied and are doing various things. To hide your embarrassment and awkwardness you take the help of a cigarette."
