'Bates Motel' Season 4 SPOILERS: Will Vera Farmiga, Freddie Highmore See Norma's Death?

The Season 4 of Bates Motel is just around the corner on A&E and in just a few days fans will be able to find the unanswered questions of the series - will Norman Bates (Freddie Highmore) became a Psycho and is this the season when he is going to kill his mother Norma (Vera Farmiga) over his possessiveness?

In the Season 3 finale, Norma (Vera Farmiga) paid a visit to Pineview Mental Institution to find out whether she would be able to afford getting her son Norman (played by Freddie Highmore) into their facility. However, just after a quick talk with the hospital's administrator, she finds out that the cost would be around $20,000 a month if she has to admit her son into an asylum.

It was reported by TV Guide that Norma does come up with a plan to get Norman into the Pineview Mental Institution and the plan will involve getting Sheriff Alex Romero (played by Nestor Carbonell) much more involved than he really wants to be.

However, at the same time, the teaser of Season 4 shows that Norma has finally made her mind admit her second son into the institution. She is trying hard to convince Norman that getting into Pineview would be the best thing for him.

"I know you're angry with me but we have to think about the future. All I care about is that you get the help you need," Norma tells Norman in the released teaser.

But Norman does not seem to get easily convinced and he tells his mother with a teary-eyed that she is dead to him because she has put him in a corner. At the same time, a report from Inquisitr claims that Norman will kill Norma in the upcoming season 4. The article read as:

 "It makes you wonder who won't be so lucky. Only time and Norman's crazed actions will tell."

The series is a prequel to Alfred Hitchcock's 1960 cult film Psycho and it depicts the lives of Norman prior to the events portrayed in the film. In the feature film, the story reveals that Norman did kill Norma because of his possessiveness and his mental disorder. It just a matter of this season or the next one when Norma will die by the hands of Norman.

The Season 4 of Bates Motel is set to premiere on March 7, 2016.
