The Kardashian Sue Robert Kardashian's Widow, Ellen Pearson Over Secret Diary: Are Family Secrets True?

Kris Jenner and Khloe, Kourtney, Kim and Robert Kardashian Jr. filed a lawsuit against Robert Kardashian's widow, Ellen Pearson on Thursday months after she leaked an alleged diary of the powerhouse lawyer revealing harsh family secrets, one claiming that Robert claimed that he didn't think he fathered Khloe due to his wife's affair.

In the diary, shocking claims that Kris was abusive to Kim and has threatened to kill her at some point, and added that his wife left her family during Christmas to spend time with her secret lover. During the recently, aired episode of "Kim and Kourtney Take Miami", Khloe seemed troubled with Ellen's accusations and even began to doubt that she could possibly be fathered by another man. Disturbed by the allegations, Kloe tweeted January 24, "You should be hiding in shame for all of the lies you sell to tabloids!!"  Khloe added, "10yrs after my fathers passing & now that she has filed for bankruptcy... NOW she sells FALSE stories. Hope that money buys you water in hell."

Kim Kardashian followed her younger sister and took her rants onto Facebook, "So my dad's ex is selling ridiculous stories again to tabloids! Do not believe it! Sad when people need $ & get desperate. 10 yrs since dad passed & this woman he married for 2 wks before he died need 2 get a job instead of trying 2 destroy families w fake stories! PS that story that my mom beat me & threatened to kill me hahahhahaha! I'd beat her! JK truly laughable! #NOTTRUE."

Although the family is claiming that the diary isn't real, the lawsuit filed due to copyright infringement lawsuit seems to have people believing that there may be some truth in the Pearson's claims.
