Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has been battling a mystery illness for weeks and has been to doctors across the country to find out what is wrong with her. The MTV mom finally ended up going on the talk show The Doctors to get their opinion on what's ailing her.

"I think that both of us came to the conclusion that it is in fact the birth control pills that you are taking now," Endocrinologist Joseph Pinzone told the North Carolina mom, according to Radar Online. Pinzone's opinion went along with OB/GYN Peter Weiss who told her, "I think the simplest thing to do really is stop the pill. And when you stop the pill, the levels come back to normal."

Shockingly, Jenelle thought the constant pain was due to withdrawals from using pot!

"I noticed that I smoked marijuana for a long time, probably for years and years and years," she explained. "And recently I stopped in about December. And then I noticed my symptoms coming on in the end of January.

While the MDs also suggested it could be anxiety plaguing her, they said she should definitely think about getting off of her birth control pills.

"Maybe like later on, a year or two from now," she told them. "I want to buy a house and get settled down... so when I settle down and stuff, yeah, maybe then. But not any time soon."

As MStars News reported, when Jenelle visited the NYU hospital in NYC, the doctors there also told her she may be suffering from anxiety. But when she went back home to North Carolina, the doctors there explained it could be worse than that.

"They think it's her pituitary gland in her brain causing all of this," a source close to the reality star told Radar. "That might mean a tumor, but Jenelle's not sure."
