Jillian Michaels Engaged! Personal Trainer Pops Question to Longtime Girlfriend, Heidi Rhoades

Personal trainer, Jillian Michaels is finally going to get married! MStars News has learned that health fanatic popped the question to her longtime girlfriend, Heidi Rhoades during this week's season finale of their reality show, Just Jillian.

Below, the emotional clip will have you going for your tissues as you try to get through the entire proposal without crying.

The sweet moment started off with Michaels and her lady watching a video collage of their memories together. Michaels made Rhoades cry as adorable messages scrolled through each photo. The trainer didn't leave out the couple's kids. She also included the daughter, Lu and son Phoenix in all of the action.

The sweet video also had other family and friends holding up signs as the question "Will you marry me?" ended the montage. In a room full of loved ones, Michaels officially dropped down to one knee and asks Rhoades to be her long life partner.

Already giving Rhoades a ring, the proposal becomes unique as Michaels puts a ring on her own finger. "Heidi is the perfect person for me," Michaels declared. "She is the glue that really holds that [family] together. I think without that I'd be lost."

How sweet is that?

Their engagement comes as a shocker because Michaels believed that ther relationship was fine the was it is. Her partner disagreed, and expressed how much she wanted to get married a long time ago during throughout the season of their show.

"It's not that she's not the one," Michaels explained to E! News host, Maria Menounos. "I have this, I don't want to say fear, but I feel like I'm preparing myself for the day she wakes up and goes, 'I'm done with you.'"

"I have a perfect house for a wedding, by the way," Menounos claimed. "Many people have gotten married at my house. I'll host the wedding. It will be beautiful." Maybe the couple will be tying the knot at her house!
