Kim Kardashian has done the unthinkable? The reality TV Star posted THE FIRST pictures of her bare pregnant belly this weekend.

Dressed in black leggings in a simple white-tee, Kim shared images of her growing baby Kimye, on her Instagram account.

Is Kim finally embracing her baby weight? Mstarz reported that Kim was rumored to be having trouble coming to terms with natural baby weight.
Kim's aunt Joan Kardashian, recently told a Canadian media source that "Kim can have a tummy tuck, which will take care of most of her weight fears," according to Huffington Post UK.

While Kim's stomach remains flat, every other part of her body has ballooned, according to aunt Joan Kardashian. Although Kim is dedicated to a strict diet, she is still very worried about losing all of the baby weight.

It looks like Kim’s dieting is working, she appears healthy and happy in her baby bump photo. Kim and Kanye’s baby bump debut comes on the same weekend as Kim’s ex and adult film co-star Ray J’s ‘I Hit It First" debut. Ray J spoke with New York’s HOT 97.1 radio station to deny that the song is directed at Kim K. However, the lyrics of his random comeback song, which he described as "fun" suggested otherwise.

LISTEN TO 'I HIT IT FIRST' HERE

I had her head going north and her ass going south
But now baby chose to go West
We deep in the building she know that I kill 'em
I know that I hit it the best
Candles lit with that wine, money still on my mind
And I gave her that really bomb sex
No matter where she goes or who she knows
She still belongs in my bed
Going hard in the streets, mobbin with my homies
Sippin' on good, blowin' on OG
Me and ghost sittin' clean with the matching rollie
I did that first so everybody know me
