NBC airs highly anticipated midseason premiere of Blindspot. In episode 13, will Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander) and Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) be able to solve another piece of the tattoo map in Erase Weary Youth?

During her run, Jane cannot stop thinking what Oscar told her; Orion is where she died. During the morning, Kurt talks with his sister about his reconciliation with their father. Patterson (Ashley Johnson) continues to box as she becomes haunted by David's death. Tasha (Audrey Esparza) and Edgar (Rob Brown) try to console her as two murders take place in the bathroom.

All of a sudden, Kurt gets a call from Allie as Bethany Mayfair (Marianne Jean-Baptiste)' hears the news about Olivia's death. Bethany has to deal with the fact that there is a mole in the FBI. Bethany just wants Kurt to lie to his team as he investigates Olivia's  murder. Kara Sloane (Afton Williamson) believes the murder is tied to the smuggling ring she has been investigating.

Jonas Fisher (John Hodgman) enters the room, accusing Kurt's team of being compromised. One by one, Fisher intends on interrogating Weller's team and making them break. Kurt admits to sleeping with Alison (Trieste Kelly Dunn) as he passes the lie detector test.

With a group of suspects at hand, Sloan is unwillingly to give up her source. As Kurt discovers no one is allowed to leave the room, Edgar reveals to Tasha that he's been dating Weller's sister. Jane and the rest of the team hold their hold as Fisher shoots her with questions after questions. Fisher tries to hit Patterson hard with David's death.

Edgar flat out tells Kurt that he's dating his sister. Fisher reveals that there are inconsistencies in Tasha, Bethany, and Jane's lie detector tests; one of them is a mole. Bethany knows Fisher just wants to make her a disgrace, with the others in the crossfire.

With Carter dead, Fisher wonders why the CIA was bugging Tasha. Allie is back in Kurt's life and stuck in the lockdown with him. As Patterson communicates with Jane through her tablet, Fisher interrogates Edgar and Patterson. Fisher smiles as he learns that Kurt and Jane kissed; he has been sleeping with the enemy.

Fisher then goes after Jane and accuses her of killing Carter. She is the Russian spy they've been looking for. Sloan's source then names Jane after he sees her picture. After Jane is put under arrest, Kurt promises to prove her innocence.

After taking on Sloan's source, Kurt discovers Fisher is actually the mole. After Kurt arrives and names Fisher as the mole, Jane fights through her custody and chases after him. Thinking he was reaching for his gun, Jane shoots Fisher dead.

Jane thanks Kurt for believing in her, but she still rejects him. Kurt then tells Edgar to end it with his sister. Calling their bluff, Tasha then gets a all from Carter's people. Kurt cannot protect everyone, which is why he can't let his sister date Edgar.

Jane tells Oscar that she's out and runs away. Edgar tells Bethany that he has reservations about Jane's alibi.
