Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans's custody battle with baby daddy Nathan Griffith is about to get really nasty. The former MTV couple has a court date set for this coming up to decide on guardianship of their son Kaiser. With insults and accusations flying back and forth from both sides, the meeting may be very ugly.

"It's a mediation orientation on Monday," a source told Radar Online. "They explain to you how and where Jenelle and Nathan would negotiate on terms of custody."

"For mediation, it would be Jenelle and Nathan in a room with a legal authority overseeing their talks," the source explained.

One of the issues on the agenda will be figuring out if the military dad owes his ex any sort of child support.

"She thinks he owes her something," according to the gossip site. "He was getting over $3,000 a month in 2014. It's called 'compensation' for being 'disabled' as a result of his deployment."

The court papers that Radar has uncovered show a bitter war of words between the reality stars. In Jenelle's filing, she says Nathan, "is not a fit and proper person to have custody" along with not having "proper living arrangements" since he "has eviction papers pending against him." She also claims that Nathan is still abusing steroids.

As for Nathan's side, his court papers allege he should get primary custody because Jenelle never lets him spend time with his son. Not only that, but he doesn't want Kaiser living with her ex-con boyfriend David Eason. He accused David of having an "existing Domestic Violence Protection Order restraining him from contacting the mother of his own children" because he "had committed acts of domestic violence" against his baby mama while she was carrying their child.

Do you think Jenelle will lose any sort of custody of Kaiser?
