Even though Mob Wives star Big Ang, Angela Raiola, reportedly wanted nothing to do with her "estranged" husband Neil Murphy, he ignored her requests during the final days of her life.

It was a tragic day for fans of Mob Wives earlier last month when they lost one of their own.

Big Ang passed away from cancer in February, and Ang's co-stars, friends, family and fan were all there supporting her until the very end as she battled the disease.

Some people that Ang might not have even thought would be there were by her side through her procedures. According to Radar Online, the Mob Wives star might have banned Murphy from her life a while ago, but when she got sick Murphy was right by her side.

While he might have reportedly "abandoned her" when she was diagnosed with the disease, he was there with her till the end, according to Entertainment Tonight source Jennifer Peros.

"I was there at the end," Murphy explained to the site. "I never left her side. I went to every procedure -- even though she didn't want me, I went. I was there at the hospital for the last two days with her. I mean, to me, we weren't 'estranged.'"

He reports that the reason that Ang didn't want him around was because she was told by the doctors that stress made cancer worse and Ang reportedly said that Murphy gave her stress.

However, Murphy put that out of his mind when he went to spend the stars' final moments with her.

He also reports that even through all the craziness that he wouldn't change a thing about their lives together.

"You know, we had a lot of good times together," Ang's former husband explained, according to Reality Tea. "It was a crazy life at the end, you know. We were regular people, then she became a celebrity. It was kind of a crazy life being married to her, but it was good. I would never change anything."
