'Daredevil' Season 2 SPOILERS: Amy Rutberg/Marci's Netflix Connection To 'Jessica Jones'

The second season of Daredevil on Netflix finally made a reference to Jessica Jones, when Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson) meets up with Marci Stahl (Amy Rutberg), who revealed that she is now working for Hogarth, Chao and Benowitz. In addition to that, Marci even namedrops Krysten Ritter's character, who has worked closely with Carrie-Ann Moss' Jeri Hogarth!

Rutberg recently spoke to Comic Book Resources, where she confirmed that Marci is now working for the law firm featured in Jessica Jones.

"It's super exciting! No, I totally work for them! Yeah!" Rutberg confirmed before explaining how she reacted to finding out that her character actually namedrops Hogarth's law firm.

"It was amazingly exciting when I saw that, and I was like, 'Oh my gosh!' I said to my husband, I'm like -- I don't even get to hold the script. It's on an embedded, encrypted website so I can only read it on my computer. You can't even maximize the font, so I'm like, 'Does that say what I think it says?' Jessica Jones hadn't come out yet, so I didn't know. I knew the name, obviously," she shared.

But does this mean that Marci will be making an appearance in the second season of Jessica Jones? Rutberg did not confirm her character's move to the other Netflix show. But she did state that Marci's move to Hogarth's law firm is a great development.

"That's the best place for Marci to end up, let me tell you! From Marci's perspective, and from Amy's," she said.

Rutberg is also proud that the Jessica Jones reference in Daredevil Season 2 was made through Marci, since it is the first time that the show actually addresses another Netflix series.

"I'm honored because I said when I arrived on set, like, 'Wait guys -- this is a big deal.' And they were like, 'Yeah, it's the first time we've had a crossover from Daredevil's perspective,'" she said. "I was like, 'Yeah! Marci gets to do it!' It was very exciting."
