People always say that you should never let reality television into your relationship -- Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas are starting to see why.

Over the last 8 seasons of the Real Housewives of Atlanta we have seen the ladies go through their share of ups and downs when it comes to keeping their marriages/relationships afloat. Bailey has recently shared that she is at a standstill when it comes to her marriage and that Thomas is way more optimistic about their future.

If you've watched the Real Housewives of Atlanta franchise you have seen Bailey and Thomas go through their share of ups and downs. From financial issues to family drama they have been through it all but they have always seem to keep it together -- at least until now. The couple is currently living apart as they try to figure out what is the next step within their marriage.

The model recently sat down with ET and discussed the status of her marriage with Thomas. The reality star revealed that she was planning on leaving her marriage after losing the feelings she had for him in the beginning.

In a clip from the show, Bailey explains that she is not happy with Thomas anymore and she equated that to no longer being in love with him. Although she has those feelings, she feels that as his wife she owes him the possibility of considering her decision.

"There is a reason why people get married and there is a reason why people get divorced," Bailey tells ET. "I'm taking it day by day. I think that Peter is a lot more optimistic than I am."

Part 2 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion will air on Sunday at 8/7c on Bravo.
