When it comes to her body, and other people's body images, Tia Mowry isn't one to mess with. MStars News has learned that the actress has fired back at one Instagram bully calling her out for claiming that Mowry was "fat."

It all started with Mowry posted a photo of herself looking quite stunning and sexy and received some not so nice words from some of her followers. Well one stood out to the mother-of-one and she let the follower have it.

In a lengthy statement, Mowry addressed the follower who went by the name of "@miekk_" and said: "I don't normally do this, but I wanted to prove a point. I just posted a few days ago about embracing and uplifting others about body image. Here, @miekk_ felt the need to say I was getting fat."

Mowry claimed that she did some digging and researched the follower's profile and learned that she allegedly worked for a company that was helping young African American women. She called out the follower and even asked if the bully's boss knew she was writing ugly words online.

"I took a look at your profile and I was sad to see that you WORK for YOUNG African American girls aiding in their studies. I hope this isn't what you would tell your girls? Does your BOSS know that this is how you degrade other WOMAN," the actress questioned the follower.

Mowry even tagged the alleged company the follower worked for and said: "@hbcutravelers Internet BULLYING is not cool and it needs to stop. Would you say this to my face? Is this how you speak to yourself when YOU look at yourself in the mirror. Again, I'm shining a light on this issue hoping to see change. Love and uplift," Mowry finished.

After being called out, the alleged company that the follower allegedly was associated with cleared the air about the follower and and claimed they were not her place of employment. The company also said that they don't encourage bullying and they did inspire African American students to go to different places and learn about different cultures.

The company replied to Mowry and said: "To @tiamowry: the young lady you mentioned does not work for our organization, but was a supporter of our mission, which can be viewed on our website. You are beautiful inside and out, and it saddens me to see that she would make the negative remark that she did. We will be sure to use this incident to stand out against negativity! Please continue to inspire and uplift other."

This isn't the first time Mowry found herself clapping back at her critics. She has had a hard time with Internet trolls claiming that she was pregnant with baby number two. At that time, Mowry claimed that she was just enjoying life and not pregnant. She claimed that she had been eating more while working on her cooking show.
