5 Celebrities Who Also Cheated Death Like ‘Dangerous Woman’ Ariana Grande

At the tender age of 22, Ariana Grande has already cheated death.  Apparently the Dangerous Woman singer at one time lived up to the title.  It seems while performing a concert on her Honeymoon Tour, the Grammy nominee was almost crushed.    

The "Focus" vocalist was recently interviewed by Alan Carr on Chatty Man with actor Will Arnett and comedian Jimmy Carr (no relation to the host) when the subject of stage mishaps was brought up.  Grande then revealed the story of her near death experience in February 2015.  "Opening night of my Honeymoon tour, I almost died.  You know how they have those toaster things where people come up from the stage and you pop up? Something happened with mine and I was singing the beginning of 'Love Me Harder' and I was going up on the thing, and, long story short, the thing I was standing on had this wooden plank and it snapped!"

The Sam & Cat actress then added "The thing was still going up, so I was being pushed against the stage, and it was some Indiana Jones sh*t, and it was really scary. I had to Superman myself out of the thing." 

Thankfully one of her guitarists was there to help the "Break Free" crooner do just that.  Although the rest of the performance went fine, she was obviously a bit shaken but like a true professional, she went on with her performance as if nothing happened.  A stagehand named Rufus later explained the incident in a tour video while Grande took to twitter.

After hearing the story, Jimmy Carr said, "It sounds like you were in the trash compacter in Star Wars!" to which the "Problem" songstress replied "Yes, yes! I was Carrie Fisher in the trash compactor."  Ironically Grande isn't the only celebrity to cheat death.
