Liam Hemsworth Reveals He Is Not Engaged to Miley Cyrus

We finally have our answer about whether or not Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are planning a wedding as the The Hunger Games star has broken his silence about their relatiponship status. The Australian actor has shockingly denied that he’s engaged to the "Wrecking Ball" singer again!

Cyrus has been sporting the original diamond ring 26-year-old Hemsworth gave her the first time around, so his statement has left the couple’s fans completely confused.

"I am not engaged, no," Hemsworth told Australia's TV Week in an interview that was conducted on March 31.

The actor had always been so private about his rekindled relationship with the 23-year-old actress and singer so it’s pretty shocking that he’s finally gone on the record about the engagement rumors.

Despite his statement, the former Disney star and Hemsworth have been spotted together several times, so things could have changed since then.

Rumors that the stars were re-engaged started early this year after sources confirmed to PEOPLE that the couple was indeed an item once again.

"Miley is where she has wanted to be for the past two year. Back with Liam and very happy," a source close to the Cyrus told the mag in January. "Miley never wanted to split. Things just got so bad that they really needed the break."

The couple got back together over the holidays when Cyrus flew to Australia to spend time with his family, and by January she was flaunting her engagement ring.

While the two are not headed down the aisle anytime soon, they’re definitely together and happy and that’s all seems to matter to them right now.
