Teen Mom 2 stars Kailyn Lowry and Leah Messer made a guest appearance on the Steve Harvey Show where they dished on all of the drama going on in their lives. For Leah, it was an especially emotional sit-down where she discussed her stint in rehab and how it affected her twin daughters Ali and Aleeah.

"It took me quite some time to decide whether I was going to go or not," she told the Family Feud host. "I'm from West Virginia. Everyone that I was around didn't quite support me going away. They didn't think it was good. I knew I was suffering from something. I didn't know what it was. I just knew that I was suffering and I needed help. It's just me and my husband's working out of town. I'm trying to do everything I can to take care of the girls."

"Not even six months ago, I probably would have never seen what I see now," she continued. "Doing it the right way and being able to have that platform to teach girls how to do it the right way, that's what matters to me."

As for Kailyn, she talked about what it's like to live her life in the public eye, particularly at a time when social media has become very prevalent.

"Sometimes we just want to be like everybody else and think of ourselves as people who are not on TV, but at the end of the day, if we post one picture on Instagram, we might cause World War III," she said. "It's hard because I think people forget when they're watching the show that we're actually human beings with feelings."
