It's been 13 years since Katie Holmes finally picked Joshua Jackson over James Van Der Beek in the Dawson's Creek series finale, and the stars of the show have all gone on to do great things -- but do they keep in touch? MIchelle Williams, who before being an Oscar-nominated actress years played Jen Lindley on the show, dishes about the cast's mini-reunions!

These days, Williams is best known for her dramatic turns in films like Brokeback Mountain and playing Hollywood royalty in My Week with Marilyn, but she's not one to shy away from her past in the beloved 90s teen drama. Recently, she visited The Today Show to promote her stint in Broadway's Blackbird with Jeff Daniels -- and the Dawson talk just couldn't be helped!

Of course, if there's going to be a reunion, Williams wouldn't be very much part of it, seeing as she died in the series finale -- unless she comes back in a more paranormal way, she joked, saying she could either be "a ghost, or put a lot of filters on the camera and I'll do flashback scenes."

During the same interview, the 35-year-old actress also took a moment to shred any expectations fans may have of an official reunion: while she liked "imagining" going back to Capeside, so far there's no talk of a project. Still, Williams does occasionally get together with Audrey actress Busy Philipps and Mary Beth Peil, best known as Grams.

While Williams is arguably the most successful Dawson alum with a Golden Globe and three Oscar nods to her name, the fact is many of them have remained relevant in the years since the show ended. Holmes famously married and divorced Tom Cruise and is currently playing Jacqueline Kennedy on ReelzChannel, Jackson recently starred in The Affair (and had a guest appearance on Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt), while Van Der Beek is on CSI: Cyber.
