Though he is the accused murderer of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp, "Blade Runner" Oscar Pistorius was reportedly seen this weekend out drinking and partying with some friends. Steenkamp, a model and reality show star, was shot to death at her home she shared with Oscar, in an alleged Valentine's Day mix up. Pistorius, a double amputee Olympic runner, says that he shot his then girlfriend thinking she was an intruder. Prosecutors on the case are trying to prove otherwise.

The 26-year-old was reportedly seen downing shots in Johannesburg, South Africa, this weekend in what would be Pistorius' first public outing since Steenkamp's death. On top of the alleged boozing, Oscar was apparently flirting with one or two of the women at the restaurant.  Several witnesses said that the accused murderer looked relaxed and was pretty talkative that night. According to one unnamed source: "He was drinking shooters and he was flirtatious. He didn't seem like someone [who had] lost the love of his life."

Pistorius has "strenuously and vigorously" denied these claims of him partying in Johannesburg.

Mstarz previously reported on Steenkamp's murder. Here is an excerpt:

Steenkamp's lifeless body was found at Pistorius' gated community home in Silverlakes, South Africa early Thursday morning. Johannesburg's Talk Radio 702 said Pistorius was believed to have shot his girlfriend in the head and arm, although such circumstances still remain unclear. Police spokeswoman Katlego Mogale stated, "We found a 9 mm pistol at the scene. A 26-year-old man was taken into custody." Pistorius (nicknamed "Blade Runner") is expected to appear in court later Thursday afternoon. Mogale told Agence France-Presse that the victim was allegedly shot four times.

As Steenkamp's friends and family mourn her sudden death in shock and sadness, the model's publicist Sarit Tomlinson released this statement: "Our thoughts and prayers go to the Steenkamp family, who have asked to have their privacy respected during this difficult time. Everyone is simply devastated. She was the kindest, sweetest human being; an angel on earth and will be sorely missed."
