It looks like former "Hannah Montana" starlet Miley Cyrus is at her hard partying ways once again (or did she ever really stop)? Anyway, TMZ got hold of some club footage of the 20-year-old "Fall Down" songstress smoking weed (other reports allege it's salvia) at LA's Greystone Manor on Sunday evening (April 14). Meanwhile, rumors surrounding Cyrus' relationship with fiance Liam Hemsworth continue to swirl, and this time, country star/father Billy Ray Cyrus has something to say about it... read on for all the details!

This isn't Cyrus' first public "controversy" involving marijuana... TMZ also posted a viral video back in 2010 of the young pop star taking a hit of salvia from a bong. Although legal in California, Cyrus later confessed to Marie Claire, "I'm disappointed in myself for disappointing my fans. I'm not perfect. I made a mistake ... It was a bad decision, because of my fans and because of what I stand for."

If you end up getting married, that’s your business too, you know?” When asked whether he believes they’ll wind up actually getting married, Cyrus replies, “I don’t know. I play it by ear.”
